Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of Strategy to help shape AI-generated presentations and slide decks for core business workflows. This is a fully remote, flexible role with 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start.

You will create, evaluate, and refine CEO- and board-level strategy materials, applying expert PowerPoint craftsmanship and precise written communication to decks ranging from annual strategy reviews to market landscape briefs and OKR/portfolio reviews.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a corporate strategy team at a significant company (ex-MBB/Big 4 a plus)
• Track record of producing CEO- and board-level strategy materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Prepare annual strategy review decks and market landscape presentations.
• Develop growth initiative business cases and competitive intelligence briefings.
• Support CEO/board offsite materials and OKR/portfolio reviews.
