Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a seasoned Vice President to lead Execution Services within Markets Operations in Singapore. You will oversee a Middle Office FX Overlay and Trade Support team, ensuring accuracy, risk controls, and timely delivery of critical trade lifecycle events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 15–20 years in FX Overlay, Trade Support, or Product Control.
• 10+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of operational risk frameworks and control environments.
• Proven stakeholder management across senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations of a Middle Office FX Overlay and Trade Support Operations team.
• Deliver end-to-end oversight of operational processes for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Partner with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Change teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all trade lifecycle events and escalation handling.
• Serve as trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders across Operations, Front Office and Support functions.
• Drive process re-engineering, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Oversee KPIs, risk metrics, and service delivery standards for high-quality client outcomes.
• Lead strategic product initiatives, regulatory change programs, and onboarding of new business.
• Promote a high-performance culture with continuous improvement and professional development.
