Job summary

BNY Mellon seeks a Vice President, Middle Office for its Trade Management team in Singapore. You will lead a team handling security and foreign exchange trades for clients, address inquiries, and oversee processing, reporting, and client engagement to ensure high-quality service and SLA adherence.

The role requires 9–10 years in Middle Office operations with 1–2 years of team leadership experience. Strong knowledge of Bond/Fixed Income, Equity, FX, and related systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent.
• 9–10 years of Middle Office operations experience.
• 1–2 years of team management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Middle Office operations team delivering Trade Management for securities and FX for clients.
• Handle trade-related inquiries from internal stakeholders, clients, brokers, custodians and vendors.
• Oversee processing, trend analysis, client engagement, SLA reviews, process improvements and incident management.
