Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Middle Office in Singapore to lead a team responsible for trade management across securities, FI and FX. You will manage client inquiries, oversee risk controls, and drive performance and process improvements to meet SLAs.

Role requires 9–10 years in Middle Office operations and prior team management experience, with strong knowledge of trade infrastructure and vendor systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience.
• 9–10 years in Middle Office operations with team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Middle Office team handling Trade Management for securities and FX.
• Oversee inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Drive process improvement, incident management and client engagement.
• Manage staff performance and unit priorities.
• Ensure daily workflows and reporting across equities, FI and FX.
• Maintain client relationships and oversee client testing/conversions.
• Support client testing phases (JSIT/JUAT/UAT) and oversight.
