Job summary

Temasek is seeking a Vice President, Learning to shape capability strategies and learning pathways that strengthen workforce readiness and business performance. Operating in a matrix, you will partner with O&P Business Partners and leaders to diagnose capability needs, design scalable programmes, and drive measurable learning impact across the firm while advancing a skills-based talent approach.

Qualifications

12-15+ years in Learning, Leadership Development or related CoE role.
Experience leading senior stakeholder engagement with O&P Business Partners and leaders.
Experience with digital capability maturity, analytics, AI adoption and future-of-work.
Operational discipline across institutional learning programmes, learning systems and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Act as primary Learning Partner for assigned business segments and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Diagnose capability gaps and shape business-relevant learning plans with priority on critical skills and leadership behaviours.
Own horizontal learning agendas and grade-level development journeys across the firm.
Lead capability domains within Temasek's learning architecture and align programmes with business priorities.
