Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• CGI Certification; ANZIIF or ACII preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead and grow a portfolio of large clients while meeting sales targets.
• Coach junior team members on account management and expansion.
• Conduct research and analyze accounts to understand client needs.
• Attend presentations or sales meetings for priority accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities leveraging product knowledge and market trends.
• Define strategy for custom solutions for designated geographies.
• Represent Marsh at industry events and client functions.
