Job summary

Marsh Risk in Singapore seeks a seasoned professional to join our retail broking team (non-specialty). Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• CGI certification (ANZIIF or ACII an added advantage).
• At least 10 years in the insurance industry including 5 years in retail broking.
• Relevant experience in Property and Casualty insurance in Singapore.
• Excellent people management, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead, maintain and grow a portfolio of large clients and contribute to sales targets.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on account management and expansion.
• Research and analyse client accounts to align with business needs.
• Attend presentations or sales meetings for priority or at-risk accounts.
• Identify expansion opportunities leveraging product offerings and market trends.
• Define strategy for custom solutions for designated geographies and communicate pricing expectations.
• Attend industry events and client functions to build a strong professional network.
