Job summary

OCBC seeks an experienced Technology Solutions VP to drive analysis, solutioning, and delivery of strategic Digital Assets initiatives including Digital Custody, Tokenization, Digital Securities, and related ecosystems.

You will lead a team of Business Analysts, engage stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk and Compliance, and guide technology vendors through evaluations and implementation roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Markets Technology, Securities Services, or Digital Assets.
• Proven experience leading solution architecture, business analysis, and platform implementation initiatives.
• Experience working with market infrastructure providers, technology vendors, and fintech partners.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technology solutioning for Digital Assets, Digital Custody, Tokenization, Digital Securities, and Crypto-related initiatives.
• Engage Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders to shape business requirements and target operating models.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Digital Asset market infrastructure, custody operating models, wallet management, tokenization platforms, and blockchain-based solutions.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing both functional and technical guidance.
• Drive vendor evaluations, RFPs, proof-of-concepts, and industry assessments.
• Build relationships with custodians, exchanges, fintechs, blockchain providers, and technology vendors to identify best-in-class solutions for the bank.
• Define future-state solution architecture, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead programs from concept through implementation and production rollout.
