Job summary

OCBC Group seeks a Vice President, Business Analyst to lead analysis and delivery of Digital Assets initiatives, including custody, tokenization and crypto-related platforms. You will manage a team of business analysts and collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Compliance and Technology to shape requirements and operating models.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in Financial Markets tech or Digital Assets, strong leadership, and experience with market infrastructure and vendor assessments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Financial Markets Technology, Securities Services, or Digital Assets.
• Experience leading solution architecture, business analysis, and platform implementation initiatives.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technology solutioning for Digital Assets, Digital Custody, Tokenization, Digital Securities, and Crypto initiatives.
• Engage Front Office, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology stakeholders to shape requirements and operating models.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Digital Asset market infrastructure, custody operating models, and wallet/tokenization platforms.
• Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing functional and technical guidance.
• Drive vendor evaluations, RFPs, proofs-of-concepts, and industry assessments.
• Build relationships with custodians, exchanges, fintechs, blockchain providers, and technology vendors to identify best-in-class solutions.
• Define future-state solution architecture, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead programs from concept through implementation and production rollout.
