Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President, Business Analyst to drive digital wealth initiatives within Tech Solutions – Consumer Banking. You will translate business strategy into clear requirements and partner with business, operations, architecture, development, testing and support teams to deliver robust front-to-back solutions.

Strong domain knowledge in wealth products and front-to-back processes.
Ability to translate business strategy into implementable requirements.
Experience partnering with business, operations, architecture, development, testing and support teams.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering with business users, owners and stakeholders.
Analyse end-to-end product design and user journeys; identify gaps and propose solutions.
Translate business needs into product, functional and operational requirements for tech teams.
Document requirements in Confluence, JIRA, use cases and flows with acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with delivery teams to shape scalable technical solutions.
Support implementation through issue triage and timely resolutions.
Assist UAT, implementation and post‑go-live activities.
