Job summary

Unchain Data in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technology Solutions VP to lead analysis, solutioning, and delivery of Digital Assets initiatives, including Digital Custody, Tokenization, Digital Securities, and Crypto ecosystems. You will engage business stakeholders, lead a team of Business Analysts, and drive selection and implementation of strategic platforms and services.

Qualifications

10+ years in Financial Markets Technology, Securities Services, or Digital Assets.
Proven experience leading solution architecture, BA, and platform implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead business and technology solutioning for Digital Assets initiatives.
Engage stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk and Compliance to shape requirements.
Act as SME on digital asset market infrastructure, custody, wallets, tokenization platforms.
Lead a team of Business Analysts with both functional and technical guidance.
Drive vendor evaluations, RFPs, PoCs, and industry assessments.
Build relationships with custodians, exchanges, fintechs, and technology vendors to identify best solutions.
Define future-state architecture, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps.
Lead programs from concept to production rollout.
