Job summary
OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a seasoned Trading Domain SME to understand and deliver strategic initiatives in global equities, futures, and forex. You will lead solutioning, analyze processes, and collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams to drive high-quality deliverables in a dynamic environment.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in product/BA and digital transformation, strong analytics, and excellent communication.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in product, business analysis and digital transformation in Trading Products & Solutions—Global Equities, Futures & Forex
- Well-versed in industry developments and trends
- Strong analytical skills and ability to gain consensus from stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present complex concepts clearly
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to liaise with stakeholders to generate new ideas
- Strong team player; can own and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
- Experience driving digital initiatives as Scrum Master or Product Owner is advantageous
- Note: role requires 100% office work

- Act as the Trading Domain SME to understand and deliver strategic imperatives for business objectives
- Lead solutioning and define end-to-end solutions for competitive advantage
- Analyze business processes, requirements, market trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with Product Owners and IT teams to deliver high-quality project outputs
- Stay updated on trends and regulatory changes to identify product opportunities
