Job summary

GIC Private Limited in Singapore seeks a VP/SVP, Business Analyst in the Technology Group to lead the design, build, and adoption of data-driven technology solutions across investment and risk functions. You will collaborate with solution architects and SME teams to deliver scalable data products, while engaging senior stakeholders to drive high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

Fifteen or more years of relevant data and technology experience, preferably in financial services, risk or asset management.
5–8 years leading cross-functional teams of data, engineering and business analysis professionals.
Experience with structured data execution plans, data solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

Design, build and adopt technology solutions used by investment and risk professionals across the firm, with solution architects and SMEs to create scalable data products.
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and technology partners to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
Direct delivery of business solutions by shaping requirements, priorities, and guiding teams to deliver data and technology value.
Develop deep domain understanding of investment processes and technology to shape data strategy and execution.
Provide data and technical leadership to raise quality and attract talent across data and engineering functions.
Collaborate with investment, data and technology professionals across GIC.
