Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of relevant data and technology experience, preferably in financial services, risk or asset management.
• 5–8 years leading cross-functional teams of data, engineering and business analysis professionals.
• Experience with structured data execution plans, data solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and adopt technology solutions used by investment and risk professionals across the firm, with solution architects and SMEs to create scalable data products.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and technology partners to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
• Direct delivery of business solutions by shaping requirements, priorities, and guiding teams to deliver data and technology value.
• Develop deep domain understanding of investment processes and technology to shape data strategy and execution.
• Provide data and technical leadership to raise quality and attract talent across data and engineering functions.
• Collaborate with investment, data and technology professionals across GIC.
