Job summary

GIC Private Limited is seeking an AVP/VP, Finance Business Partner (Technology) in Singapore to lead financial planning, performance management, and advisory for technology departments. You will build dashboards, drive automation, and ensure disciplined governance aligned with GIC's priorities, shaping how technology investments are allocated.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead budgeting cycles, and mentor junior staff while leveraging data analytics to deliver actionable insights

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience, with tech focus.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Strong FP&A, controllership, and compliance knowledge.
• High agility and self-starter with initiative.
• Experience with automation and advanced analytics in finance.
• Data visualization skills with Tableau/Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as finance partner to assigned technology departments.
• Lead annual planning and budgeting for departments.
• Build dashboards and reports using data analytics.
• Drive automation and AI in FP&A and reporting.
• Provide financial advisory to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Ensure governance and compliance in financial processes.
