Job summary

GIC is seeking a senior leader to drive data and technology initiatives within Enterprise Data & Analytics. You will shape data strategy, design scalable data products for investment and risk teams, and guide platform delivery across the firm.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with solution architects, and partner with senior stakeholders to maximise data value. This role blends technology leadership with financial services domain expertise.

Qualifications

15+ years of data and technology experience, including 5–8 years leading cross-functional teams.
Experience defining data solution architecture and operationalising it to unlock business value.
Engaging senior stakeholders to influence adoption of data solutions.
Proficient in SQL and Python, with familiarity of Databricks and Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver data products for investment and risk professionals.
Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and technology partners.
Lead data strategy and governance across the data platform to deliver measurable value.
Mentor data engineers and analysts to improve delivery quality and speed.
Collaborate with investment, data and technology teams across GIC.
