Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Vice President for Middle Office Client Reporting/Performance in Singapore. The role leads client onboarding to the Performance platform, oversees conversion projects, and collaborates with operations, technology, and product to deliver accurate performance data and superior client experience.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in performance measurement, financial services, and project management, with strong Excel/SQL skills and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (education/experience).
• 7–10 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in performance measurement, Eagle technology, financial services or client‑facing or project management roles preferred.
• Strong written and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients onto the Performance platform and lead conversion; ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and recommendations for strategic solutions and training; identify gaps and improve processes.
• Lead project management for onboarding/transitions and document performance results and risks.
• Manage complex conversion activities across institutional client relationships; ensure accurate data conversion.
• Coordinate across operations, product, technology and other teams to address client needs and align workflows.
