Job summary

HSBC Bank (Singapore) Limited is seeking a VP, Performance Management within International Wealth and Premier Banking. You will drive robust analytics, management information, and governance to support sustainable growth and profitability in Singapore.

You will coordinate annual planning, develop dashboards, and deliver actionable insights across clients, products, channels and cost lines to enable informed executive decisions. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial & financial acumen with strong business sense.
• Proven capability in planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis.
• Advanced analytics and modelling to generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in BI tools and data querying to support dashboards.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management and storytelling.
• Delivery leadership with governance, project coordination and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise performance reporting across clients, products, segments, RM, channels and portfolios for IWPB Singapore leadership.
• Monitor performance against objectives, identify trends, risks and drivers, and provide forward-looking insights.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, AUM, acquisition, client activity, product penetration, and RM performance to identify gaps.
• Conduct diagnostics and translate findings into actionable recommendations for commercial improvement.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards and KPI frameworks for decision making.
• Deliver analytics on client, product and profitability to identify growth and wallet-share opportunities; evaluate margin leakage.
• Support cost management through expense analytics, variance analysis and benefits tracking.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting and governance cadence with cross-functional stakeholders.
