Job summary

HSBC is seeking an AVP, Business Performance Management to lead end-to-end dashboards, MI/forecasting, and performance governance within the International Wealth and Premier Banking segment in Singapore.

The role requires strong analytics,Excel and BI tool proficiency, and the ability to translate complex data into senior audience-ready insights. Collaboration with Finance, Product and Distribution is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance management and MI/reporting.
• Experience in planning and forecasting.
• Experience in business analytics or finance partnering.
• Banking/wealth industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production of weekly/monthly dashboards and MIS packs for revenue, cost and core KPIs.
• Provide analysis of run-rate vs plan/forecast, trends and variance drivers with concise commentary.
• Deliver deep-dives on revenue and cost movements and follow-ups.
• Run governance cadence: timeline management, deck build, review, distribution, meeting readiness.
• Maintain definitions, calculation logic and methodology notes.
• Identify and deliver reporting automation improvements; partner with teams to embed self-service reporting.
