The Great Eastern Life Assurance Company Limited is seeking a Business Owner to lead digital strategies for our Agency and Bancassurance channels. You will drive distribution productivity by prioritizing digital platforms and coordinating with IT, Platform/Product Owner, and management.

You will engage distribution partners, report progress to senior leadership, and address risks and regulatory considerations while delivering timely project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder.
• Strong problem solving with analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with large or e-commerce projects preferred.
• Independent, proactive and adaptable.
• Team player with strong business acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office, JIRA, HPQC and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the role of the Business Owner and drive digital strategies for Agency and Bancassurance.
• Support management in project sponsorship by clarifying business needs versus IT deliverables.
• Engage distribution partners to develop key strategies.
• Update, prioritize, and implement digital platforms to boost distribution productivity.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and report project status to senior management.
