Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or e-commerce environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of card products, payment processing, and merchant acquiring ecosystems is preferred.
• Experience in project coordination, implementation, or business support roles.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and system-related issues.
• Familiarity with payment integrations, transaction flows, and system interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant onboarding, onboarding lifecycle management, and relationship management activities.
• End-to-end implementation of merchant acquiring solutions for e-commerce and platforms.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate into solution designs and transaction flows.
• Collaborate with PSPs, vendors, internal teams and merchants to implement solutions.
• Support API-based and system-to-system integrations and document results.
• Develop lightweight applications or scripts using Python, VBA, or similar languages.
• Ensure MAS regulatory compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation.
