1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Cards Payment Solutions & Implementation Specialist to support merchant portfolio growth and drive onboarding across acquiring and e-commerce channels. The role blends sales support, technical implementation, and process improvement, requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and fluency with payment ecosystems, APIs, and automation.

You will collaborate with PSPs, vendors and internal teams to translate requirements into

Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance or related field.
Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, banking, or e-commerce environments is preferred.
Strong understanding of card products, payment processing, and merchant acquiring ecosystems is preferred.
Experience in project coordination, implementation, or business support roles.
Hands-on programming or scripting experience in Python, VBA, or comparable languages.

Responsabilidades

Drive portfolio growth through merchant onboarding and relationship management.
Lead end-to-end implementation of merchant acquiring solutions for e-commerce and other platforms.
Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs and transaction flows.
Work with PSPs, vendors, and internal teams to implement solutions.
Test REST APIs using Postman and document results and findings.
Support system onboarding, documentation, and post-implementation activities.
