Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in technology projects, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business objectives with technology solutions across end-to-end project delivery.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Mentor BA and PM teams to build organizational capability and governance.
