Job summary

The role designs and operates review frameworks, guides business and tech teams on risk and transformation opportunities, and reports findings to senior management. You will monitor regulatory developments and promote responsible AI adoption within a robust governance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, data science, or related field; advanced degree advantageous.
• 5–10 years in AI/ML use case review, model risk, or governance in financial services.
• Knowledge of Singapore PDPA, MAS AI risk guidelines, and model governance.
• Experience leading AI-driven transformation projects and stakeholder management.
• Native English with ability to collaborate across APAC teams.

Responsibilities

• Review AI/ML use cases for regulatory and policy compliance.
• Assess data sourcing, privacy, model design, fairness, explainability, and logging.
• Advise first-line teams on regulatory requirements and remediation steps.
• Prepare review reports and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update frameworks.
