Job summary

DBS Bank Limited is seeking an experienced AI/ML leader to own the lifecycle of models and GenAI solutions across development, deployment and monitoring. Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML model development, deployment and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI/Agentic AI and data quality principles.
• Familiarity with AI governance standards (e.g., MAS FEAT).
• Ability to conduct thorough model testing, performance review, and fairness assessments.
• Excellent communication to articulate concepts to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving to identify and mitigate model risks.
• Commitment to ethical data practices and responsible AI development.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, deployment, and monitoring of AI/ML models/GenAI solutions throughout their life cycle.
• Translate business requirements from Use Case Owner to model development teams and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive model testing and review performance and fairness results.
• Provide necessary communication and user training on model outputs, usage, assumptions and limitations.
• Identify and periodically quality-check critical data attributes to meet data quality thresholds.
• Ensure owned models adhere to AI governance framework and regulatory policies.
• Oversee Proxy Model Owner for third-party models and conduct due diligence and reviews.
