Job summary

DBS Bank seeks a senior leader to design and implement governance, resiliency, and controls for agentic AI solutions in Group Operations GOCC. You will align with data governance, ISS and risk teams to launch scalable AI capabilities while maintaining regulatory standards and operational excellence.

You will lead risk-based SOPs for autonomous chat/voice agents and ensure high availability with real-time observability and secure model validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in program and risk management with 7-10 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML governance and digital transformation in large financial services.
• Strong understanding of Generative and Agentic AI architectures, observability, prompt security, and model validation.
• Proven ability to interface with senior executives and influence stakeholders.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Governance Strategy & Framework Development: define and operationalize governance and resiliency frameworks for GOCC.
• Risk Management & Controls: develop risk-based SOPs for autonomous chat/voice agents across AI lifecycle.
• Resiliency Engineering: design guardrails, incident protocols, and real-time observability for high availability.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with Data Management, ISS, and RMG to meet regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership & Capability Building: guide GOCC teams in risk and resilience initiatives.
• Change Management & Adoption: drive adoption of new governance processes with business teams.
