Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. seeks a Senior Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end AI transformation within Group Operations. You will oversee a portfolio of GenAI and agentic AI projects, aligning with business goals and delivering measurable impact.

Ideal candidates bring 10–12 years in project management with 5+ years leading AI/ML initiatives, strong budget experience, and expertise in Scrum/Kanban/SAFe to guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• 10–12 years of experience in project and program management, with at least 5 years leading AI/ML projects.
• Proven track record of managing large budgets (>$5M).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and frameworks.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI and agentic AI CBG digibot transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI governance to implement robust governance across projects.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate project progress, risks and benefits.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing AI delivery team.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and success.
• Stay abreast of AI/ML advancements and explore value-adding opportunities.
