Job summary

The role delivers challenge, assurance and risk insights to senior management and the Board, driving FEAT principles and enterprise-wide awareness across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in AI governance, data governance or risk management within banking/financial services.
• Solid understanding of Singapore AI regulatory landscape (MAS, IMDA, PDPC) and global frameworks.
• Proven ability to provide independent challenge and practical risk-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and enhancement of AI and data governance frameworks, policies and standards.
• Define enterprise AI use-case inventory with governance and ownership across stakeholder groups.
• Perform independent Line 2 challenge on AI use cases and inventory submissions for compliance.
• Assess lifecycle governance adequacy including risk, materiality, and control design.
• Monitor, report and escalate AI risk metrics and governance outcomes to senior management.
