Job summary

Your focus includes LLM orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows, and advanced AI frameworks to create scalable, secure, and governance-aware solutions within a banking infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in scalable AI applications with agentic AI focus.
• Strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with AI agents.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, vector databases, RAG.
• Leadership experience mentoring AI teams and delivering projects.
• DevOps/CI-CD, MLOps practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to operate across Unix and Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of agentic AI solutions for networking.
• Architect end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and agentic AI systems.
• Collaborate with Networking Teams to define AI initiatives and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers.
• Establish AI model evaluation, optimization, and governance within networking contexts.
• Stay ahead of AI trends and drive adoption of new frameworks and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot complex AI issues in network environments and ensure high-quality solutions.
