The role encompasses administering CUCM, Unity Connections, UCCX, NICE recordings, and Teams, plus scripting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Strong organization and customer-service orientation are essential in a fast-paced technical setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Cisco Voice products, NICE Recording, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connections, and UCCX.
• Experience with supporting Cisco routers (voice gateways) and analog voice gateways.
• Familiarity with voice prioritization and CoS.

Responsibilities

• Voice Infrastructure Support: day-to-day support for CUCM, Webex, NICE, and Microsoft Teams.
• Cisco Voice Products Management: administer CUCM, Unity Connections, and UCCX; manage voice gateways.
• NICE Recording System Management: configure, troubleshoot, and maintain NICE call recording systems.
• Microsoft Teams Support: support IM, video, and voice in Teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate on issues and provide L1-L2 resolutions.
• Ticket Queue Management: monitor and resolve issues to meet SLA.
• Process Documentation: document required support processes and keep them up-to-date.
• Reporting & Tracking: provide periodic status reports on issues.
• Automation & Scripting: develop scripts to resolve issues and automate tasks.
