• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for the Video Management System (Milestone XProtect).
• Maintain critical systems to meet uptime and performance targets.
• Respond promptly to onsite incidents and resolve per SLAs.
• Follow safety and company procedures; avoid production interruptions.
• Identify, report and address discrepancies and defects.
• Generate and submit daily maintenance reports.
• Perform basic system and network troubleshooting.
