Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Officer / Senior Technical Officer for Island-wide assignments with the HQ at Outram.

The role includes service and maintenance of security systems, liaising with clients, and mentoring the service team. Rotational standby duties and a requirement to own a vehicle are part of the package. Candidates should have a Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years of experience and hands-on knowledge of security systems such

Qualifications

Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience.
Hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV.

Responsibilities

Execution of service and maintenance workflow.
Liaise closely with client representatives on service/maintenance related issues.
Mentor a team of service team members.
Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
Provide support to supervisor in ensuring timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service/maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.
