Job summary

AIMS MANPOWER SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Client Support Specialist to manage visa applications for clients across Asia, the US, Canada, Europe and Singapore.

You will interact with clients directly, prepare documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely submissions. The role requires strong communication in English and Chinese, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in immigration, client servicing or admin roles.
• Knowledge of US, Canada or Singapore immigration processes preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients applying for US, Canada and Singapore visas.
• Provide end-to-end support in documentation, application preparation and submission.
• Assist clients in understanding visa requirements, eligibility criteria, and timelines.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation before submission.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments with embassies, consulates or visa centers.
• Liaise with internal processing teams and third-party service providers as required.
• Maintain updated knowledge of immigration policies and regulation changes.
• Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their applications.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior team members.
• Maintain and update case management systems accurately.
