Job summary

Qualifications

• Document scrutiny and collection of applications for passport processing.
• Biometrics capture (photo and fingerprints).
• Client facing—answering queries and advising applicants.
• Handle cash and bank-related transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain data records and ensure accurate data entry into the CRM with zero errors.
• Coordinate passport delivery administration and logistics.
• Adhere to SOPs and ISO/compliance requirements.
• Promote Value-Added Services to applicants and customers.
• Provide feedback on service quality and user experience.
• Meet turnaround times and assist in new projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities
