Qualifications

• 1–2 years hospitality experience
• Multitask reservations, arrivals and enquiries
• Stay warm and unflustered when busy
• Notice details that make guests feel recognised
• Communicate clearly with the operations team

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, arrivals and seating to guide the guest journey
• Coordinate across lobby, restaurant and club lounge to keep guest flow smooth
• Ensure guests, whether walk-ins or VIPs, feel welcomed and cared for
