You will collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to provide integrated financial services, monitor market trends, and participate in internal AI initiatives that improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science backgrounds or AI project experience preferred.
• Strong interest in FinTech, cryptocurrency, Web3, or AI industries with long-term career aspirations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer service awareness.
• Strong learning ability, logical thinking, and information analysis skills; quick to understand financial products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with VIP institutional clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Analyze client needs and assist in developing customized asset allocation and wealth management solutions.
• Monitor market trends and crypto ecosystem changes to provide timely insights and operational recommendations.
• Coordinate with product, operations, marketing, and technology teams to deliver integrated financial service solutions.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and gather feedback to improve service processes.
• Participate in AI-related projects and support AI applications in customer service, data analytics, and knowledge management.
• Learn and utilize AI tools to improve work efficiency including AI-assisted content generation and client communication support.
• Collaborate with AI, product, and tech teams to optimize customer experience and service efficiency.
