Qualifications

• 1–2 years in product ownership delivering tools.
• Hands-on AI tooling with LLMs or workflow platforms.
• Experience with low-code orchestration tools (n8n, Dify, Coze).
• Python or scripting for data processing and integration.
• End-to-end process automation across internal systems.
• Comfort with regulatory constraints in design.
• Clear reporting on progress, risks and blockers.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and build AI and automation systems for advisors.
• Develop a searchable knowledge base of financial products.
• Create workflows for structured product comparisons to aid decisions.
• Automate quotations and structured product data assembly.
• Implement AI-assisted drafting tools for client inquiries.
• Collaborate with advisors to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Assemble automation solutions using LLMs and workflow tooling.
• Maintain automation systems amid product and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with external developers for deeper engineering needs.
• Ensure human-in-the-loop where advisors own client-facing decisions.
• Aim to reduce advisor drafting time significantly.
