Job summary

BP QUANTUM ADVISORY PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an IT Manager / Technology Lead in Singapore to drive the AI-enabled financial advisory platform. You will lead technology strategy, coordinate with founders, business teams and external vendors, and deliver a secure, scalable end-to-end AI engine that the company can own.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, architecture, and building in-house capability while ensuring data governance, security and scalable integrations across the business

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in IT, digital technology, systems integration or related fields.
• Strong experience with CRM, APIs, cloud, SaaS, system integration and data architecture.
• Experience implementing or managing AI-enabled solutions and automation.
• Understanding AI security, cybersecurity and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Own AI technology roadmap and architecture with focus on scalability and security.
• Translate business needs into practical technology solutions and manage implementation, UAT and upgrades.
• Identify opportunities to use AI agents and automation to improve customer experience and productivity.
• Build in-house technology capability and protect company-owned IP by structured knowledge transfer.
