Job summary

Far East Hospitality is seeking service-minded front desk associates at Rendezvous Hotel Singapore and Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard to deliver courteous guest experiences and respond promptly to inquiries.

You will handle cashiering, maintain guest relations, know room types and rates, upsell where possible, and follow security and emergency procedures with a professional attitude.

Join a dynamic hospitality group and start with rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• O Levels or equivalent.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Positive attitude with an outgoing personality and good communications skills.
• Those without experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and inquiries.
• Provide courteous and efficient service, meeting guest requests whenever possible.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to residence policies & procedures.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times.
• Be familiar with all room types and rates, and upsell whenever possible.
• Take ownership of problems and promptly handle guest complaints according to established procedures.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures are followed.
• Acquire knowledge of hotel facilities, functions, major city attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area, upholding the highest standard of personal grooming.
