Marina Bay Sands is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to deliver exceptional shopping experiences for shoppers and guests at The Shoppes. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, with opportunities to assist VIP shoppers and participate in mall marketing redemptions.

Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree in hospitality or related field, basic MS Office skills, and a positive customer-service attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Keen to work in hospitality environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver wonderful shopping experience to shoppers and guests of Marina Bay Sands.
• Attend to shoppers’ enquiries and feedback for customer experience improvement.
• Perform Mall Marketing redemptions and any other duties assigned.
• Attend to Luxury Shoppers (VIP Service training will be provided).
• Enjoy being a proud ambassador of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
