Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a hospitality‑minded team member to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for guests at The Shoppes. You will attend to shopper inquiries and feedback to continuously improve service quality.

Education: Diploma or Degree in hospitality or related field preferred. Experience is not required as training will be provided. Candidates should be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Basic MS Office skills (Word and Excel) required.
• Excellent customer service attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent shopping and guest experiences at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
• Attend to shoppers’ enquiries and feedback to enhance customer experience.
• Support mall marketing redemptions and other duties as assigned.
• Serve luxury shoppers with VIP service training provided.

Job Requirements

• Education & Certification: Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Experience: No experience required as training will be provided
• Other Prerequisites:
  • Have basic knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Willing to work various shifts, including mornings and afternoons, as well as on public holidays
  • Great personality with excellent customer service attitude
  • Seeking good career prospects in Hospitality field
  • Keen to work in an exciting and learning environment
