Job summary

ISS FACILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a customer-focused lounge attendant to welcome guests, manage VIP arrivals, and support events. You will set up venues, serve beverages, and ensure service standards are consistently met in a fast-paced lounge environment.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive approach to guest needs, and coordination with housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized space.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in hospitality or events.
• Ability to manage VIP guests and special requests.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced lounge environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously and escort to reserved seats.
• Set up for events and tear down after events.
• Review arrival list and note VIPs and special requests.
• Oversee arrivals and departures of VIP guests.
• Provide assistance for general queries at the lounge.
• Deliver high service standards and anticipate customers' needs.
• Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages and ensure recipes followed.
• Label, date, and refrigerate food items.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to maintain clean work area.
• Update customer incidents in profiles for future reference.
• Ensure meeting rooms/event spaces are ready (AV, cables, chairs, batteries, markers).
