Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd, representing a multinational in Facilities Management, seeks a Concierge to join their Central Singapore Property Management team. You will support event planning, setup, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service for clients and VIP guests.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of event coordination experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable with hands-on event setup; AV knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of event coordination experience with vendor management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• AV knowledge is an advantage
• Diploma in Hospitality or related qualification preferred; comfortable with physical event setup

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations
• Assist with pre-event preparations, event setup, execution and breakdown
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met
• Provide warm, professional service to clients, C-suite and VVIP guests
• Assist with managing multiple tasks and event requirements while maintaining high service standards
• Respond to guest enquiries with professionalism and attention to detail
• Support physical event setup including moving chairs, tables and equipment
