Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is assisting with a Concierge role for a multinational Facilities Management client in Singapore. The Concierge will support event planning, execution, and vendor coordination while delivering exemplary service to clients and VIP guests.

The role requires hands-on event setup and strong communication skills. Candidates should have at least 3 years of event coordination experience, with a Diploma in Hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• AV knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of events for smooth operations.
• Assist with pre-event preparations, setup, execution and breakdown.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet event requirements.
• Provide warm, professional service to clients, including C-suite and VIP guests.
• Manage multiple tasks and event requirements while maintaining high service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Assist with physical event setup, including moving chairs, tables and equipment.
