Job summary

Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking a Guest Relations Officer / Corporate Butler to deliver premium hospitality in a corporate setting near Yio Chu Kang MRT. The role focuses on greeting guests, coordinating arrivals, and providing personalized service in a professional environment.

You will support meetings and events, serve beverages, and ensure spaces are presentable. Weekend standby may be required to accommodate events and VIP visits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, Concierge, Front Desk, F&B Service or Corporate Reception will be advantageous.
• Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and presentable when interacting with corporate guests and VIPs.
• Willing to support events and be on standby during weekends when required.
• Candidates with strong customer-facing experience from other service industries are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests, visitors and VIPs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide personalised assistance and respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth overall guest experience.
• Escort guests to meeting rooms or designated areas when required.
• Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments to guests and meeting attendees.
• Ensure meeting rooms, reception areas and guest facilities are presentable and ready for use.
• Assist with meeting room preparation, including basic equipment and AV setup.
• Support corporate meetings, functions and events, including setup and teardown.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, facilities and other internal teams on guest requirements.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and workplace etiquette.
• Perform other guest service and hospitality duties as assigned.
