Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Limited seeks a Senior Executive – Customer Service to oversee daily customer service, administrative, and Business Centre operations in Singapore. You will serve as the primary contact for Owners, VIPs, clients, visitors, and internal teams, ensuring a high standard of service and smooth operations.

The role covers front-line support, event coordination, document control, CSQ reporting, and invoicing/billing through Esker and SAP systems.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related experience in customer service.
• Strong customer focus with high EQ and excellent listening/communication skills.
• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and concierge support to Owners, VIPs, clients, and visitors.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and VIP visits, including room setup, facilities, AV, refreshments, and PPE.
• Manage daily administrative activities: document control, filing, records management, internal distributions.
