Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and ability to start full-time in 2027.
Up to 3 years of work experience.
Fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech.
Experience in customer service roles interacting with clients.
Experience in sales or account management capacity.
Strong multitasking, critical thinking and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in innovative technologies and improving workflows.

Responsibilities

Work with Bloomberg Professional Services clients globally, providing support and guidance.
Work with Analytics teams to learn and apply product, market, and client workflows.
Collaborate with Sales on client initiatives and product rollouts to drive growth.
Progress into Sales or specialist client-facing roles as expertise grows.
