Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or above) and ability to start a full-time role in 2027
• Up to 3 years of work experience
• Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech
• Experience in customer service roles
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in innovative technologies to enhance workflows
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends/bank holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users across the global financial community
• Answer client questions and resolve complex workflow challenges via Instant Bloomberg chat
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic client initiatives and onboarding
• Help clients maximize the value of Bloomberg's products and solutions
• Progress into Sales or specialist roles as you grow within Bloomberg's Financial Solutions
