Bloomberg L.P. in Singapore is launching a 2027 Analytics & Sales Graduate Programme for Vietnamese-speaking graduates.

The program starts in Analytics with 24/7 client support, learning Bloomberg's technology, workflows, and markets, and offers a pathway into Sales for long-term growth while partnering with clients on strategic initiatives. The program includes industry-leading training, hands-on client exposure, and opportunities to advance into specialist client-facing or leadership roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and the ability to start a full-time role in 2027 (Candidates graduating by July 2027 are welcome)
• Up to 3 years of work experience
• Professional fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)
• Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech
• Experience in customer service roles (interacting with both internal and external clients)
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management capacity
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Interest in innovative technologies and their potential to enhance workflows and efficiencies.
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on bank/public/federal holiday (weekday off in lieu).

Responsibilities

• Participate in industry-leading training to build knowledge of financial markets and Bloomberg technology.
• Join Analytics teams and gain hands-on client exposure with mentorship and asset-class training.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on strategic client initiatives and develop relationship management skills.
• Progress into Sales as the primary career path, building long-term client relationships and driving business growth.
