Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams, build deep knowledge of financial workflows, and prepare for long-term client relationships and growth within Bloomberg's Financial Solutions business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above and the ability to start a full-time role in 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Demonstrated coursework or work experience in financial markets, economics or fintech.
• Experience in customer service roles (interacting with clients).
• Experience with client interaction in sales or account management.
• Strong multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with quick learning ability.
• Interest in innovative technologies and workflow improvements.
• Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users across the global financial community.
• Answer client questions via Instant Bloomberg chat and resolve workflow challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales and Analytics teams on strategic client initiatives.
• Develop deep product, market, and client expertise while supporting onboarding and product rollouts.
• Progress into Sales or specialist roles as you gain experience.
