Responsibilities

• Work with Bloomberg Professional Services clients across the global financial community.
• Provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users and assist with client questions via Instant Bloomberg chat
• Help clients maximize value of Bloomberg products and solutions and contribute to onboarding and product rollouts
• Collaborate with Sales teams on client initiatives and build relationships for future opportunities
